Texas Turkey Hunts Information

North Texas is renowned for its Turkey population. We maintain a healthy population of wild turkey because we run corn feeders year round and keep low hunting pressure because we hunt blind over corn feeder keeping you well concealed during the course of your hunt which gives you a huge upper hand on opportunity of success. The bottom line is that is what a hunter wants is the best opportunity in the best advice to increase success rate. We have been managing wild Rio Grande Turkey for well over 20 years and we have found that in our region, running and gunning chasing instead of calling will destroy opportunity and success. Traditional turkey hunting out of a blind calling and decoying can be very successful and recommended from the staff at times to do so and other times simply being quietly patient and allow the corn feeder to bring them in and do the work for you increasing your success rate and opportunity at the highest level possible for the success of your hunt. We manage eight ranches across two counties and ranches are rotated during the season to prevent pressure.

Each hunt includes lodging and a guide to take you to and from the turkey ranch/blind locations (semi-guided).

On this hunt; the corn/bait will have hogs within range to harvest them with your turkey load.

Texas is blessed with a lot of Rio Grande Turkey and our ranch has the birds!

We care that your hunt is a success. In Texas, we are allowed to bait so we are able to place a hunter in a blind over a feeder. We can also allow hunters to hunt over a strut zone and employ calling and decoys to bring in the boss tom.

Please note that Texas turkey hunts are conducted during legal shooting hours only & hunter may only have one shotgun.
